After four valuable years in commercial print production, my strengths, focus, and passions lie in research, creative writing, and especially those two things when the subject is anywhere in the realm of art, internet culture, robotics, citizen journalism, open source projects, the future of technology, society, and any cross-section there of. So yeah, I daydream a lot.

I first began writing for Rocketboom during a trial run of collaborative/competitive writing with a larger team from July 2008 to October 2008.

From October to January I continued to contribute to the Rocketboom blog.

Then in January 2009, Andrew and I began working together on Daily News scripts. Shortly afterward, I began to also collaborate with Kenyatta, Ellie, and Jamie on nearly every episode of Know Your Meme that has been produced from that point on. It's been every bit as fun as one might imagine.

Right from the launch of the knew knowyourmeme.com database I've been involved as an administrator; editing and confirming meme submissions, moderating forums discussions, and recently helping newer site admins.
